EVERYONE - Please be in the balcony, ready to go, 15 MINUTES prior to the time the service starts. If this is a problem, please let me know ASAP. It is EXTREMELY important you are there this early in case I need to go over any changes to the service with you.

IMPORTANT - If you are unable to run MediaShout or FOH (front of house sound) during any given week, please make arrangements with another volunteer to switch weeks. The phone numbers/e-mail addresses for everyone are listed below. If you’ve got an e-mail address you want added to the list, please let me know.

REGAURDING SPECIAL HOLIDAYS - When we have special services on holidays such as Easter or Christmas, I will call everyone in advance to set up special schedules for those days.

11:00 MediaShout ONLY - It is highly recommended but not required that you attend the weekly rehearsals. We will hopefully soon be implementing a new system that eliminates the need for stands down front on Sunday mornings. You are an intricate part of the service and this rehearsal will only help you become more comfortable on Sunday mornings.
